ICON designs specialised Drilling Equipment and components, from Conductor Tensioners through to Surface BOP systems.

Conductor Tensioners control lateral deflections of conductors and prevent conductors from buckling. Typically ICON Conductor Tensioners are designed to support all standard sized, drilling conductors; however we can also tailor design a Conductor Tensioner to suit your specific needs. Through our advanced in-house systems, ICON can analyse Conductors to ensure an optimum Conductor Tensioner solution.

Additionally we can supply Tension Frame Assemblies that enable successful deployment of down-hole completion tubing strings and coilded tubing operations on MODU’s. We also design Variable Position Conductor Decks that minmises rig moves during drilling operations.

Another drilling assisting service that we provide is the review of King Post and burner boom support systems. ICON can conduct King Post analysis in a timely manner and provide quick remedial works if required.
